Nana Yaw Asante is an accomplished geologist with an MSc in Geological Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, Ghana. He has over 17 years of extensive field experience, and has specialized in both greenfield and brownfield mineral exploration across diverse geological terrains in more than seven countries, including Ghana, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Niger, Ethiopia, and Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Asante has developed a strong technical and practical foundation that enables him to operate effectively in complex and challenging environments within the mineral resources sector. His career reflects a proven track record of resource expansion, project management and supervision, and strategic mineral exploration management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nana Yaw Asante was recently employed as the Unit Manager \u2013 Regional Exploration at Asanko Gold Mine in Ghana. Before his current role he served as Senior Geologist (Associate) with SRK Consulting \u2013 UK, contributing significantly to the Ma\u2019aden CAGR Gold Projects in Saudi Arabia. His work included resource expansion at the Ash Shakhtaliyah and Ar Rjum North projects, as well as supervisory support for exploration programs at Umm Salam, Uruq, Amana, Jaba Ghadarah, and As Suq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
