Joseph Mintah is an accomplished Surveyor with expertise in open pit Mining, Drone systems, Bathymetric and Civil surveying. I hold BSc in Geomatic Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology and MSc in project Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has over 10 years of extensive field experience in both greenfield and brownfield mining operations. Joseph has worked in both iron and Gold Mining operations in Ghana and Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the years, joseph has developed a strong technical and practical foundation that enables him to operate effectively in complex and challenging environments within the mining sector. He is a strategic leader with strong analytical, communication, and team management skills committed to operational excellence, precision, and continuous improvement in mining operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Member of International society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (Germany), Certified survey officer by Mincom and Member of Ghana Institution of Surveyors. He is also a certified Drone pilot by Ghana civil Aviation Authority and data analytic specialist. Joseph is a member of West African Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (WAIMM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to his current role as the Unit Manager, Survey, he was the senior surveyor of Asanko Gold Ghana.
