* Graduate members must be sponsored by one WAIMM Member or Fellow and the HOD of the University or Institution
* Sponsers should satisfy the following terms and conditions in nominating applicants to the grade of a Member.
* Graduate members cannot act as Proposers or Seconders.

The HOD's confirmation in section 3 automatically becomes the sponsor.
Sponsers should have adequate personal knowledge (minimum of at least 10months) of the applicant experience.
At least one Sponsor should come from the applicants current workplace.
Proposers must initial entries in section 4 to ensure applicant's professional experience is verified and true as stated.
It is the duty of the Sponser to ensure that standards and professional code of ethics of WAIMM are met at all times.
